BAY CITY, Mich. — Michigan Tech women’s basketball player Katie Zimmerman has been named Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference North Division Player of the Week after averaging 22.5 points in two important road wins last week.
Zimmerman made a combined 12 3-pointers and had seven rebounds, five assists and four steals to go with the 45 points on the week.
