NMU\’s Miller Honored by CCHA
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – TJ Miller has been named this week’s Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) Defenseman of the Week for his performance over the weekend against the Alaska Nanooks. The senior from Placentia, Calif. had a goal Friday night in Northern Michigan University’s shootout win over Alaska. Saturday night, Miller came back with an assist in NMU’s 3-2 win. For the weekend he was a +4 as the ‘Cats earned five of a possible six points.
Currently for the season, Miller has four goals, eight assists for 12 points.
