Residents arrested on drug charges
Four Iron County residents are facing drug charges after multiple arrests by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team.
Elizabeth Clements, 29, of Caspian is accused of delivery of an imitation controlled substance. She was arrested on January 10th. Clements has waived her right to a preliminary exam, and her case has been bound over to Circuit Court.
Jacob Henning, 29, and Tammy Leopard, 37, were arrested on December 28th. Henning is accused of delivery of a Schedule 2 controlled substance. Leopard is charged with delivery of a Schedule 4 controlled substance.
Chad Fesnick, 29, was arrested last Tuesday. He’s accused of delivery of less than 50 grams of heroin.
