Negaunee Male Chorus preps for Spring Concert
ISHPEMING — For the past 3 months, the Negaunee Male Chorus has been working hard for their big Spring Concert Program.
This year’s theme is “Road Trip Across the United States.” Some songs that will be featured are”This Land Is Your Land” and “God Bless America.”
The theme comes from experience from people traveling across the United States and remembering their past travels.
“We’ve worked hard to present the concert and we think if you come Saturday night on May12th, you’ll have a lot of fun. You’ll have a good two hours of relaxing enjoyment and enjoy the show,” said Mike Lempinen, Male Chorus Member.
The concert will take place at Ishpeming High School at 7:00 p.m. A stipend of the ticket sales will go to the NICE Public Schools’ Music Program.
Tickets are $10 and can be bought at Super One Foods, Jubilee and M Bank.
