Al Quaal Sledding Day for Negaunee Kids
The snowfall over the weekend might not have been what many of us wanted to see, but for a group of Negaunee students, it was a wonderful sight.
The Young Fives class of Lakeview Elementary School had its monthly wellness day today.
Sledding was the activity of the day at Ishpeming’s Al Quaal Recreation Area.
And for some kids like Weston Yesney, going fast is always the best part.
Although weather may have ruined the start to the Daytona 500, the new snow made the sledding a hill a perfect racetrack for many of the students.
