Northern Michigan Hockey Team Cracks USCHO Top 20
Starting the season with a 3-1 record was good enough for the Northern Michigan Wildcats hockey team to be ranked nationally among college hockey’s elite teams.
The N.M.U. Wildcats made their season debut in the poll, ranked 17th according to the United States College Hockey Online poll. The Wildcats host the top ranked team, #1 Michigan on Friday and Saturday.
Lake Superior State is ranked 19th, and the 4-0 Michigan Tech Huskies missed the USCHO Top 20 by one point.
