U.P. teams set to play “Armed Forces” game
Two Upper Peninsula high schools are honoring every branch of the military in the form of free admission to their basketball game.
On Wednesday night, Westwood H.S. is hosting an “Armed Forces” game to honor current and former members of the United States military.
The Boy’s Varsity basketball teams from Gwinn and Westwood will each be wearing special jerseys in honor of the United States military. The game between the Modeltowners and Patriots has tip off set for 7:45pm.
Admission to the game is free for all current and former members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
