H.S. football semifinal games announced

EAST LANSING – The Michigan High School Athletic Association announced the game dates, times, and locations for the upcoming football semifinal games in Divisions 1-8. The Upper Peninsula has three 11-man football teams still in contention for a state championship. All three games involving U.P. teams will take place at the Superior Dome in Marquette.

DIVISION 8

Munising (11-1) vs. Beal City (10-2) – Friday, 7 p.m.

DIVISION 7

Ishpeming (11-0) vs. Saginaw Michigan Lutheran Seminary (11-1) – Saturday, 2 p.m.

DIVISION 5

Menominee (12-0) vs. Grand Rapids West Catholic (12-0) – Saturday, 11 a.m.
