Police in Iron Mountain look for Armed Robber
Police in Iron Mountain are on the look out for a man who pulled a knife on a taxi cab driver at about 10 pm last night and demanded money.
The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
He is described as a white male in his 20’s, 5’6″-6’0″ with a thin build. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and black pants.
Authorities were dispatched to the 100 block of South Stephenson Avenue on the report of an armed robbery. A taxi cab driver out of Escanaba said he picked up a man in Escanaba and transported him to Iron Mountain. Upon arrival in Iron Mountain, the man threatened him with a knife and demanded money.
