Case dismissed against man who ran over friend
The case against a man who injured man in a car–pedestrian accident has been dismissed.
Daniel Delaski, 56, of Skandia was charged in September with Operating While Impaired—Causing Serious Injury after he backed his SUV over a man in his driveway in Skandia.
The victim, Richard Gelsinger, 61, suffered internal injuries. Marquette County District Court said he is currently in a nursing home.
Delaski will be recharged once Gelsinger is well enough to testify.
