Embezzlement suspect pleads guilty
A Gwinn woman will be sentenced next month after pleading guilty in Marquette County Circuit Court to stealing from the charity she worked for.
Thirty-three-year-old Angie Spaulding admitted on Friday to larceny and to embezzlement of more than $200 but less than $1,000.
She had been accused of spending more than $10,000 on a St. Vincent de Paul credit card.
Spaulding worked for the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Marquette for more than ten years.
She’ll receive her sentence on May 17th.
