Christmas is just around the corner but one dedicated group has spent the last eight weeks making sure more kids in the Upper Peninsula have something to open on christmas morning.
For more than a decade members of the Highland Clan Motorcycle Club have been helping supply toys through the Marine Corps League Toys for Tots.
And Tonight their efforts paid off as the made their annual toy run at Shopko in Marquette.
The culmination of months of fundraising.
Although the Club got involved initially through the Toys for Tots program they have expanded throughout to help more charities.
Some of the members traveled from out of state to participate in tonight’s event.
This year they were able purchased nearly $5,000 worth of toys for donation.
