Bark River-Harris Bomb Threat
The school day turned scary today in Menominee County.
Bark River-Harris Middle and High School was evacuated due to a bomb threat.
Students, faculty and staff were moved to a safe area this morning.
And a bomb–sniffing dog from Escanaba Public Safety searched the school property.
The Menominee County Sheriff’s Department says they were notified of the bomb threat just after 10 Central time this morning.
A written threat had been found somewhere on the school grounds.
If a student made the threat, that student would be expelled and could face criminal charges.
