Wednesday’s high school sports action
UPPER PENINSULA – The Marquette ski teams each advanced to the state finals after qualifying at a Division 1 Regional Wednesday in Traverse City. In high school wrestling, the Gladstone Braves and Escanaba Eskymos won District titles. In boys basketball, Negaunee and Ishpeming both came up with wins on the hardwood.
