Spaghetti dinner raises money for young Roboticists

MUNISING — The Munising High School Robotics team, The Cyberstangs, is trying to raise money to go to the statewide competition.

The Cyberstangs got 7th place at the Escanaba Robotics Competition this year, which means they qualify for statewide competition.

The problem is they need funding to enter the competition, and they hosted a spaghetti dinner Monday night to help raise some money for the entry fee and travel necessities.

“To go to states and world is important, because it shows how far and how much work you put into the program. How far you can come just by staying after school for like two or three hours every single day. Even a couple days out of the week, it’s just all about hard work and dedication,” said Robotics Team Member, James Sage.
