St. Ignace Meth Bust Follow-Up

State Police from the St. Ignace Post have released the names of the pair involved in a meth lab bust near the tollbooth on the Mackinac Bridge.
29-year-old Joseph Douglas Anderson of downstate Middleville was pulled over for having a cracked windshield.
The state trooper smelled chemicals in the vehicle and found several packets of methamphetamine.
The officer also found indications of a mobile meth lab in the vehicle.
Anderson is in jail on $500,000 bond, and faces similar drug manufacturing charges downstate in Barry County.
His passenger, 21-year-old Samantha Keith, has a $50,000 bond on drug charges.
The two are being held in the Mackinac County Jail.
The traffic stop took place at about 9:00 Sunday night on I–75 North in St. Ignace.
A hazmat team assisted the State Police meth team in cleaning up the scene.
