A big problem in Upper Michigan is getting even bigger.
Police have made yet another meth lab bust in Marquette County.
The Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team is on the scene at a home in Sands Township.
The meth lab was discovered in the early morning hours today.
A spokesman for UPSET says a hazardous materials cleanup crew had to be called in from downstate.
This case is being reviewed by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office.
This is at least the 6th meth lab discovered in the area since July.
The haz-mat team has dismantled 600 similar operations in Michigan and Illinois this year.
