Woman sentenced on meth charge
A Marquette County woman was sentenced today in Marquette County Circuit Court on a meth-related charge.
Jennifer Laakso, 29, was sentenced to 330 days in jail with credit for 25 on one count of possession of meth. She will also have to spend two years on probation.
Laakso and Devin Dahlstrom, 20, were arrested in October after a traffic stop on County Road 496 in Ely Township.
Police found meth lab components in their vehicle.
Dahlstrom was sentenced earlier in December to 360 days in jail.
