Plea agreement reached in meth case

MARQUETTE — A Gwinn man arrested by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team in May has entered a plea agreement.

Thirty-year-old Joshua Richards pleaded guilty to one count of purchase or possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of meth in Marquette County Circuit Court Friday morning. Richards was originally charged with conspiracy to manufacture meth.

He is scheduled for sentencing on July 29th.
