Armed robbery suspects at large
Troopers from the Michigan State Police are investigating a home invasion and armed robbery that took place Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. in Au Train Township.
Authorities say 19-year-old Alan Myron of Alger County was at a house on County Road 440 when he was assaulted, and left incapacitated by multiple suspects.
The Michigan State Police say the suspects then robbed Myron, taking property from inside the home before fleeing the scene.
Myron was taken to Munising Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The suspects are still at large, and there are no specific descriptions of them at this time.
The Michigan State Police Forensic Lab, Alger County Sheriff’s Department, DNR, and the Alger County EMS assisted at the scene.
