Trial set for Iron River woman facing home invasion charge
A jury trial is set for an Iron River woman allegedly involved in a home invasion.
Brittany Marvin, 23, pled not guilty last month to second degree home invasion and larceny in a building.
A two-day trial is scheduled for July 22 and 23 in Iron County Trial Court.
Marvin has a pretrial hearing in May.
Her co-defendant, Jordan Luckey, 22, also pled not guilty to those charges.
Luckey is facing more than a dozen other charges from a number of incidents from June 2013, including OWI, resisting/obstructing a police officer, and unlawfully taking a vehicle. He has three trials scheduled in June, July, and August, for those charges.
Luckey has a pretrial scheduled for April 28.
