U.P. Weather Forecast 2/10-11

It was a dreary afternoon Tuesday, as temps warmed into the 20s. Tonight, clouds return to the region, keeping temps a little warmer. Accumulations look to be around 2-4 inches, and that has prompted a Winter Weather Advisory for all of our counties except Menominee until 7am Wednesday.

Weather Forecast:

Lows will drop to the mid teens, while south winds blow at 5 to 15 miles per hour. Wednesday will bring light snow showers, only adding a fresh coating of the white stuff. Highs will top off in the mid and upper-20’s, while winds shift to come out of the northwest at 10 to 20 miles per hour.

Tomorrow night, light snow continues as colder air rushes back in. Low temps will fall to around 0 degrees, with north winds picking up between 15 to 25 miles per hour. Thursday is expected to be brutally cold as afternoon temps look to peak in the single digits.
