Trucking routes in Marquette Co.
With the EPA shutting down the proposed County Road 595 trucking route in Marquette County, there have been multiple discussions on what to do next.
The Marquette City Commission, along with several other Marquette County agencies, including both the Marquette Township and Marquette County board had a joint discussion on how to best deal with upcoming increased traffic posed by the Rio Tinto Mining trucks.
The group knows it must work together to be able to find a solution.
The group also heard public comments from multiple residents who are also concerned about the topic.
