Plea expected in drug case
A Marquette County man may be entering a plea in his drug case the next time he appears in court.
Twenty-three-year-old Juan Santiago of Gwinn was arrested in February at a home on Carpenter Road in Gwinn.
He’s facing two counts of marijuana delivery or manufacture.
Santiago has waived his right to a District Court preliminary exam.
He has a Circuit Court arraignment scheduled for May 10th, and court staff say they’re expecting him to enter a plea at that time.
Santiago is free on bond.
