Menominee Teachers Getting New Contract

Teachers in the Menominee Area Public Schools have been working without a contract since 2008.

But now their union has a new tentative agreement with administrators.

Menominee Superintendent Eric Berg says once the contract can be ratified by both sides, it’ll take the district’s 100 teachers through the 2011-2012 school year.
