Marquette man makes plea deal, awaits sentencing

MARQUETTE — A Marquette man decided to enter a plea deal in relation to several meth charges.

Ryan Barry, 27, pleaded guilty to one count of purchasing pseudoephedrine to make or deliver a controlled substance. He was originally charged with three felony counts. Barry admitted in court that he purchased the Sudafed in order to make meth.

He was arrested back in April along with three other people at the Menard’s parking lot in Marquette Township.

Barry will be sentenced on July 10th.
