MARQUETTE — The man who was arrested last night on charges related to the delivery of cocaine went through his arraignment today.

Last night the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement (UPSET) team arrested 38–year–old Anre Rashad Montgomery of Detroit after searching the home he was residing in, on the 1700 block of Longyear Avenue in Marquette.

Montgomery is charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine. The search of the residence resulted in the seizure of cocaine, ecstasy, illegal prescription pills and $900 in cash.

He is due back in court on April 26th.
