JT’s preparation for the Mud Plunge 5K



Come Saturday morning, the 2nd annual “Suicide Hill Mud Plunge 5k” will take place at the Suicide Hill Ski Jump in Ishpeming.

After committing to run in the race in July, I have been training 5-6 days a week at Crossfit 906 in Ishpeming, preparing my body for the grueling 5k race.

I thought I was in decent shape when I started working out at the gym, but I quickly found out I was not.

Owners Shay & Jill Korpi along with their fantastic trainers have helped me get into better shape.
