If you live in the city of Marquette, the City Manager wants to know what you think about how the city is run.
Residents are welcome to meet with the City Manager with any concerns that come to mind, or just to chat.
And today’s meeting had a lot to do with cars.
City Manager Bill Vajda sat down with some community members today and discussed several topics, including downtown parking and plans for area streets.
He says the discussion also included what effects electric vehicles would have upon the downtown area if and when they start to become more common.
Vajda also talked about changes to Lakeshore Boulevard that the City Commission approved Monday night and plans to clean up the road but also preserve the scenic view.
Vajda schedules regular meeting sessions with the public about once a month.
