Bruce Crossing Wreck Follow-Up
A Bruce Crossing woman is free on bond on a charge of causing a car accident.
25–year–old Amy Moran has been arraigned in Ontonagon County District Court.
She’s accused of causing an accident on Himanka Hill Road in Bruce Crossing, near US–45, on September 10th.
Police say Moran told them the setting sun was interfering with her vision.
A passenger in her vehicle warned her of a stop sign, and Moran slammed on her brakes.
Her vehicle skidded into traffic and was hit by another vehicle.
The other driver, and a passenger of his, were treated at Aspirus Ontonagon Hospital.
Moran is charged with careless driving, causing serious injury.
She pleaded not guilty and is free on $1,000 bond.
