ESCANABA — Two Escanaba men arrested in late January by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team were sentenced Wednesday in Delta County Circuit Court.

Thirty year–old Boyd Nelson was sentenced to four years and seven months to 20 in prison, with credit for time served, on the charge of delivery and/or manufacture of a controlled substance, meth/ecstasy.

His brother, 33-year-old Lee Nelson was sentenced to one year in jail, with credit for time served. Lee pleaded guilty last month to one count of soliciting another to obtain pseudoephedrine.
