Arson Charge for Delta County Man
A Delta County man has been arrested on arson charges after a month-long investigation.
State Police from the Gladstone Post arrested 58-year-old Richard Arbour of Cornell today.
He’s charged with setting fire to a hunting cabin near his home.
The cabin sustained substantial structural and smoke damage.
No one was injured in the incident.
Arbour was arraigned in 94th District Court today.
His bond was set at $10,000.
He faces up to ten years in prison if he’s convicted.
