Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was injured in the Packers 27-20 loss to the Chicago Bears on Monday night.
Rodgers was sacked by Bears defensive end Shea McCellin during the opening drive of the game. Rodgers appeared to grab his left shoulder after the hit. The Packers said Rodgers injured his non-throwing shoulder and he would be further evaluated on Tuesday.
Backup quarterback Seneca Wallace played the rest of the game at quarterback for Green Bay. Wallace is the only other quarterback on the Packers’ active roster.
