Medical equipment stolen from Marquette business

Police in Marquette are looking for help in figuring out who stole thousands of dollars in medical equipment from Wright & Filippis earlier this week.

Marquette Police Detective Captain Gordon Warchock says the items were taken from the business on West Washington Street sometime between 5:30 p.m. April 2 and the morning of April 3.

The missing items include two 10 foot portable ramp systems, a set of hand rails, and a 4×8′ tri-fold accordion style rail.  The equipment was stored outside the building.

The Marquette City Police Department is asking that anyone who knows who took these items – or knows where the items are – to contact them at (906) 228-0400.
