MARQUETTE, Mich. – With the recent changes in regulations, the city commission maintains the mandate. Wear your mask and keep everyone around you safe.
Marquette Mayor Jenna Smith says, “So there have been a lot of changes in state regulations in the last few days. Regardless of what was mandated i am just really asking folks to wear their masks. Whether they are residents, people who are working, and people who are visiting.”
Residents are masking up. Trying to limit the spread of the virus and get back to a normal way of life. The city is coming together and thinking of the community as a whole.
“It’s important for us to do our part. Wear your mask, keep six feet apart, and wash your hands.”
