FORSYTH TOWNSHIP — A Marquette man was arrested Wednesday evening on an outstanding warrant held by the Forsyth Township Police Department regarding an incident that occurred on October 17th of 2016.
Nickolas Michael Birney was a subject in an assault complaint involving a BB gun. An investigation revealed that Birney had shown up at a residence and caused a disturbance and was asked to leave. Birney then allegedly reached into his backpack and produced a BB gun, and pointed it at the victim. The victim then took the gun away from Birney.
