Ford recalls over a million trucks

DETROIT– According to ABC affiliate  WJRT-Flint, a recall has been announced by Ford for an estimated 1.3 million 2015-2017 F-150s and 2017 Super-duty trucks due to door problems.

A frozen latch found in these vehicles may cause doors to not open or close correctly. This may cause for potential injury.

Ford dealerships will install water shields and make any repairs that are necessary free of charge to customers.

The auto company says they have not heard of any injuries due to this issue.
