ESCANABA–A Bark River man who broke into a home and fled from police on an ATV has entered a plea agreement.

Thirty year-old Joshua Tryan pleaded guilty to one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of domestic violence, and one count of operating while intoxicated. A charge of fleeing from police was dropped as a result of his plea agreement.

Tryan was arrested September third after police received a call from a woman who said a man was trying to break into her home. Tryan led Escanaba Public Safety on a brief pursuit. Sentencing will take place November thirteenth.
