Local restaurant earns slice of recognition
MARQUETTE– If eating great pizza is on your bucket list, which for many of us it is, then you might want to check one local restaurant that’s gotten some state wide recognition.
Abrees Pizzeria and Grill in Marquette earned a place on “the Ultimate Pizza Bucket List in Michigan that will make your mouth water” on onlyinyourstate.com.
The website said if you stopped in to Aubrees “there’s no way you can leave the pizzeria without feeling full and happy.”
The general manager of the store said that they work hard to make each experience special and were thrilled at the recognition.
“It’s great we were really excited when we saw that, especially because we were the only restaurant to represent the U.P. on the list,” said Aubrees General Manager Aaron Taylor. “It’s important to us, it’s important to everyone who works here we’re all very proud of it.”
