Knife wielding man arrested on home invasion charge

IRON MOUNTAIN — Just before noon Friday, police responded in reference to a call about a man attempting to stab a another man with a knife.

The Iron Mountain Police Department responded to an apartment building in the 600 block of East H Street. The caller advised that the subject with the knife was chasing the other through the yard.

As a result of the initial investigation, 35–year–old Troy Copiskey was arrested for a parole violation.

Copiskey is facing charges of home invasion and felonious assault. He is currently lodged in the Dickinson County Correctional Center.
