Local elementary Christmas concert kicks-off winter break
ISHPEMING — The best way to spread Christmas cheer is to sing loud for all to hear. Today the Birchview Elementary students held their annual Christmas Concert.
As the old saying goes, “Christmas was on its way, upon which the entire kid year revolves.”
The students at Birchview Elementary could not be more excited for Christmas as they spread holiday cheer during their annual Christmas concert. Some of the kids were kind enough to share with me a few of their favorite Christmas songs.
Student Cullen Gaboury said,” My favorite Christmas song is Jingle Bells”, Landon Hilt said,” Santa Clause is Coming to Town”, and Troy Ringuette said,” I love Christmas all through the town”
And when asked their favorite part of Christmas, I’m sure you can guess their answers.
“My favorite part about Christmas is when Santa gives me presents”, said Gaboury. ” When Santa gives me presents”, said Hilt. “When Santa Clause goes down the chimney”, said Ringeuette.
From all the children at Birchview Elementary school. “We wish you a Merry Christmas, We wish you a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.”
