U.P. Weekend Weather Forecast 1/30-2/1
Sunshine returned Friday, but so also did the arctic air. Temps only topped off between the low to mid teens this afternoon, but throughout the overnight milder air returns. Expect clouds and flurries to be on the increase tonight as we watch for another system to enter late.
Weather Forecast:
Temps will bottom out in the lower teens, before rising to the mid teens by sunrise. Winds will come out of the southwest at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Saturday, light snow falls during the morning and early afternoon, before overcast conditions dominate the remainder of the day. Highs will jump back into the low to mid-20s, as winds pick up again out of the northwest at 15 to 20 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, another round of arctic air blasts in, with skies staying cloudy.
Lows will drop around the zero degree mark again, while winds shift out of the north at 5 to 10 miles per hour. Temps will struggle to get out of the single digits on Sunday, as skies feature partly sunny skies and flurries. Have a great weekend!
