Four arrested in Marinette County armed burglaries

MARINETTE COUNTY, WISC. — Police have arrested four people following a pair of armed robberies in Marinette County, Wisconsin.
The Marinette County Sheriff’s Department arrested Christopher Whitmore, Derrick Whitmore, Harley Whitmore and Kendra Krueger Wednesday night.
Christopher was taken in around 9:45 p.m. Central time following a foot chase. Derrick, Harley and Kendra were arrested a short time later.
Police say they were seeking Christopher and Derrick after two robberies, the first in Pound, Wisconsin and the second in Stephenson. Police say a victim at the second robbery was able to give a description of the suspects’ vehicle as it fled the scene.
Deputies believe that Harley was involved in the burglaries as well, though he was driving a second vehicle.
Krueger was arrested for aiding and abetting a felon. Police believe she had come to assist the Whitmores flee after she and Harley were seen together at a Crivitz, Wisconsin gas station.
The investigation remains ongoing as more burglaries, believed to be connected to these two, are being looked into.
