U.P. Thanksgiving Weather Forecast

Wednesday featured mostly cloudy skies along with cool temps across the region, as many of us traveled to our various destinations.

By tonight, we’ll be watching out for more snow to enter the area, with amounts of 2-4 inches. Low temps will fall between the low to mid teens, with north winds around five miles per hour.

Weather Forecast:

Thanksgiving day brings moderate snowfall, leading to accumulations around 1-3 inches. High temps will top off in the mid and upper teens, with northwest winds strengthening between 10-20 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, the snow heads out of here, leaving behind it a frigid arctic air mass. Lows will plummet into the lower single digits, while northwest winds decrease below 5 miles per hour.

Another round of snow moves in on Friday, as temps remain chilly. I hope everyone has safe travels to their respective locations, and stay warm. Happy Thanksgiving!
