Pat Mikesch named Gamblers head coach

Pat Mikesch has been named the new head coach and general manager for the Green Bay Gamblers of the United States Hockey League. Mikesch has spent the last three seasons as a associate head coach and the director of player personnel with the Gamblers.

Prior to that, Mikesch was an assistant head coach at Michigan Tech for seven seasons. Mikesch played hockey for the Huskies in the 1990’s, where he played in three WCHA Final Fives in four years.

Mikesch is a native of Hancock.
