Weekend Weather 5/30-6/2
It is really beginning to heat up across the region, as highs today found their way into the upper 70s and lower 80s. By tonight though, we’ll drop back into the 50s for lows with high pressure keeping skies clear. Saturday prepare for another quick warm up as temperatures skyrocket into the upper 70s to mid 80s.
Something else to keep an eye on for tomorrow will be the increased humidity with southerly winds picking up between 10 to 20 miles per hour. It doesn’t seem that the humidity will be oppressive, but it will be more noticeable than the previous days as clouds stream in. Tomorrow night get ready for a cloudy and muggy night.
Overnight temps bottom out in the upper 50s and lower 60s while south winds are expected to still be breezy between 10 to 15 miles per hour. Clouds finally produce showers and thunderstorms by Sunday to cool highs back to the 70s. So enjoy Saturday, because Sunday will be a wet one for us.
