Weekend Weather 5/9-12
The warm air finally found us today, as highs temps skyrocketed into the 70s. Showers and storms accompanied the warm air, but they’ll begin to head out by tonight. Skies gradually clear after midnight as slightly cooler moves southward. Lows drop to the lower 40s while west winds blow lightly at 10 to 15 miles per hour.
For Saturday, clouds eventually leave, allowing sunshine to dominate late during the day. High temps look to be cooler but still pleasant, as temps reach the upper 50s and lower 60s. Tomorrow night, skies remain mostly clear, allowing temperatures to bottom out in the upper 30s. Winds for Saturday night will be light.
Mothers’ Day brings a small chance of rain, but at least temps look to warm up nicely again with highs approaching the middle 60s.
