Negaunee woman heading to trial after allegedly fleeing scene of accident

A Negaunee woman is heading to trial after pleading not guilty to a number of charges in Marquette County Circuit Court.

Kayleen Tresedder, 25, pled not guilty to fleeing/eluding police in the fourth degree, police officer assault resisting/obstructing, OWI, and improper transportation of medical marijuana in March.

A three day trial is set to begin on August 25th

Tresedder was arrested in February after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident in Marquette Township on U.S. 41.
