Weather Forecast — 3/20/2014

There were plenty of clouds and sun as we started the spring season. Temperatures were around average for highs, but northwest winds zipped by to bring wind chills into the mid-20s.  Tonight, winds calm later as the colder air mass takes a light hold. Lows fall to the lower and middle teens under a mostly clear, starry sky.

Friday starts out partly sunny, with more clouds and snow entering later during the day with our next disturbance. Highs for the first full day of spring make their way to the mid-30s while winds pick back up to around 5 to 15 miles per hour, but now from the southeast. By tomorrow night, snow showers become heavier and colder air slowly oozes in. Expect an inch or two of snow overnight while temps drop into the low 20s.

Flurries linger for the beginning of Saturday, as most of the day will be dominated by clouds.
