Chippewa Co. meth suspect sentenced
A Chippewa County man will spend 9 to 30 years in prison on several charges related to a meth bust last fall.
28–year–old Brian Smallman of Kincheloe had several meth–related charges against him – including maintaining a meth lab in the presence of a minor, possession of meth, and maintaining a drug house. The Michigan Department of Human Services removed a young child from the home.
Two other people were also arrested in the raid by the Straits Area Narcotics team last September at a home in Kincheloe.
23-year-old Angela Smallman of Kincheloe was also scheduled for sentencing today in Chippewa County Circuit Court. That has been postponed until June 11th.
24–year–old Joshua Sheber of Kincheloe was sentenced last week to 3 to 20 years for operating a meth lab…and methamphetamine possession.
